If you have problems with your gas installation, you can call GAZ DE TAHITI at 40 508 400, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We also remind you that in case of fire close to your gas tank or gas cylinders storage, immediately call the fire station by dialing 18.

In case you smell gas, respect the following safety instructions :
- Keep calm !
- No smoking
- Avoid any source of flame or spark (cigarette, lighter, switch, telephone …)
- Don’t touch the electricity meter
- If possible, switch off the gas valve closest to the smell detection or the incident
- Don’t try to find the gas leak with a lighter
- If the leak is inside a closed area, ventilate as much as you can : open the windows, doors, etc.
- Leave the place if necessary
- Call the fire station (18) and GAZ DE TAHITI (40 508 400) without using your telephone in the risky area.
